Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of pollenix.ai and its subdomains (the "Site"). Use of the Pollenix software platform itself is governed by a separate master subscription agreement, an order form, or the AWS / Azure marketplace EULA accepted at deployment.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site. If you're using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

2. License to use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Site for lawful evaluation and informational purposes. You may not (a) scrape the Site at scale, (b) probe or test the security of the Site outside our responsible-disclosure channel, (c) reverse engineer the Site's source, (d) use the Site to train AI models without our written consent, or (e) use the Site in any way that violates law or third-party rights.

3. Intellectual property

Pollenix and the Pollenix mark, the Hive logo, and all original Site content (text, illustrations, code, design tokens) are owned by Pollenix or its licensors. Nothing here grants you a license to those marks. The Pollenix software is licensed under separate terms — see the marketplace listing or your order form.

4. Submissions

If you submit ideas, feedback, or suggestions through the contact form or any other channel, you grant Pollenix a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without compensation or attribution. We won't treat submissions as confidential unless you mark them as such and we agree in writing.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites (AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, documentation, partners). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or terms.

6. Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't warrant the Site is uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information here is current.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLLENIX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. POLLENIX'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO US$100.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Pollenix harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The federal and state courts in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the change is your acceptance.
